WPS has developed a nice interface to Hindi English Dictionary database. It contains 22,000 English words in it. So its rich resource to increase the understanding of English language. A virtual Hindi keyboard interface is provided for entering the Hindi words, meaning there is no need to memorize Hindi keypad.

Its high time for institution to implement 6th Pay Scales as per the UGC, CPC, Ministry of HRD (MHRD) directives. There are two pay bands PB-3 and PB-4 for teachers. Fixation is done through multiplier of 1.86 for PB-3 and tables issued by the Financial Ministry( revision of table 2.2.2 originally proposed by the Committee) for PB-4. I have made an editable and modifiable Excel Workbook for comparing the impact on gross salary from 5th pay scales. This file can be downloaded from 5th CPC and 6th CPC comparison.
